A sports event held at QU for the students. The purpose of these competitions is to encourage the students to take part in extracurricular and healthy activities. Large number of Faculty, staff and students participate in various sports and show remarkable skills. Sports and co-curricular activities are as important as academics for the overall grooming and personality development of students. The main objective of these events is to encourage the students to explore their different skills and interests.
The much awaited Annual Sports Day was held on December 17, 2019, with great zeal, excitement and spirited atmosphere. In which Approximately all students participated in the events. The games were started on 17th December and ended on 20th December 2019.

The program began with the welcoming Note by Worthy Acting Vice Chancellor Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone by expressing gratitude and applauded the effort of the students and the teachers for making the event possible. Worthy Vice Chancellor also highlighted the significance of sports and emphasized on the importance of sports for students. He promised with the students that the university will not left any stone unturned in providing facilities.

A prize distribution Ceremony of Sports Gala was held at the end of Sports. Chief Guest delivered vote of thanks by expressing gratitude and appreciate the effort of the students and the teachers for making the event a huge success.
At the End Chief Guest distributed the Cash prizes/ Certificates to the winners of the respective events.
