BS in Economics and Finance

Program introduction

This degree provides you with an in-depth knowledge of the main ideas, concepts and principles of modern economics and finance, which guide the way businesses operate; governments exercise policies; and countries cooperate and compete with each other.

Students will learn to apply economic analysis to real-life problems while gaining the technical and analytical skills necessary to understand key developments in the global markets as well as the issues economies face in a world dominated by financial institutions. Studies may cover economic theory, financial data analysis, business practice, financial markets, globalisation and econometrics.
